The AG HMP is perfect for those who just finished the ultimate beginner's run guide from the AG Substack and the Intermediate Run Program.

This program introduces intervals and tempo work along with steady state training, ultimately building you from 20-25 to 30-35 miles per week. The goal is to get you in a rhythm of consistent high intensity work paired with easy runs to continue improving your speed and aerobic capacity for a specific half marathon race or to continue improving your overall speed at distance and aerobic capacity. You can also use this as a repeatable program indefinitely, or just being a MUCH better runner - all for free!

There are literally zero excuses for not being a great runner. If you are starting from absolute zero, I recommend starting with the ultimate beginner's run guide then move into the intermediate run program. But, if you have some athletic or running background, can consistently run 20 miles per week and want to train for a race - this is the program for you.
