This program introduces intervals and tempo work along with steady state training, ultimately building you to 20+ miles per week. The goal is to get you in a rhythm of consistent high intensity work paired with easy runs to continue improving your speed and aerobic capacity, which allows you to move into training for a race, using this as a repeatable program indefinitely, or just being a MUCH better runner - all for free!

There are literally zero excuses for not being a great runner. If you are starting from absolute zero, I recommend starting with the ultimate beginner's run guide. But, if you have some athletic or running background - this is the program for you.
