30 Days of METCONs. An excellent pairing to the phraks guide or supplement to your training. The intent is to inspire your WOD selection, not necessarily run these for 30 days straight.
Of course you could just do these for 30 days straight as a challenge (and please send me your experience and results on instagram!).
The primary purpose is to complete 1-3 of these per week. Any of these can be used as baselines, to be improved upon and run repeatedly to test your progress.
