The AG Phraks Variant of the Variant is the most time efficient and performant way to train for anyone. It doesn't matter if you're in the military, single, married, have kids, or in a stressful career.

If you want to make progress while committing the least amount of time this is for you. But the program is designed to be scaled with your daily and weekly time available. Only have time for 3x 30 minute lift sessions in a given week? No problem. You opened up a 20 minute block for a METCON? Perfect. The intent is to keep you training no matter what. No fat slobs allowed. We are all designed to be sexy freaks of nature. You can and will progress in the goals you're after.
